Booking Policy


Deposits



• A £50–£100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

• No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.


Cancellations & Rescheduling


• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

• With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date.

• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.

• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.


Design Process


• Please send all reference images when booking.

• Your design will be sent approximately 1 week before your appointment.

• One design revision is included.

• Major changes may require a new booking and new deposit.


Identification (Mandatory)


• You must bring valid photo ID on the day of your appointment.

• Accepted forms of ID include: Passport, UK Driving Licence, or other government-issued photo ID.

• You must be 18 years or older.

• Failure to bring valid ID will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit.


Appointment Preparation


• Please eat beforehand and stay hydrated.

• No guests unless agreed in advance.
